Dr. B and everyone at Western Hills Animal Hospital are wonderful. They truly love animals. They get down on the floor with them to make them comfortable. We've been bringing our dogs there for 18 years. They have worked with us through diabetes, seizures and ACL surgery, etc. We love you guys. My family and I owe so much to the staff at Western Hills Animal Hospital. We have a 12 year old dog named Abe, and noticed he needed to have an emergency surgery to save his life. He is an amazing family dog, but doesn't work well with strangers. He's been aggressive in the past with people he doesn't know, and in trying to find a doctor to help us we were turned down by over a dozen vets due to his protective nature. None would even see us. This didn't turn away those at Western Hills Animal Hospital. Abby was amazing, and fearless with Abe. Their expert care and methods have given us our beloved dog back healthy, and acting ten years younger. They saved his life, and didn't turn us away. Our family will be forever grateful to Abby, the staff, and doctors.Read Less

my niece's wedding was a weekend in october. she was told to pick up her dress on a week day at a certain time. the problem was the owner was on vacation and the girl left in charge did not show up as appointed. there was another bride there to pick up her dress also. this is a very bad business practice. they are ok for alterations if there is no time limit. but don't take a special occasion dress or wedding gown to this place. i don't know what these brides are going to do, since they can't get their gowns before their wedding. I took my wedding dress here and a bridesmaid and two flower girl dresses. I was seriously disappointed. Firstly on my bridesmaid dress they used the machine for the hem and it was clearly visible from across the room. Then.... my wedding dress only needed a hoop and they failed to properly secure the hoop in the dress or re-sew the hem they cut open. It kept coming apart all night. I was seriously ticked at these people about the 5th time of running into the bathroom to get someone to fix the hoop. DON'T Settle for Cheap price unless you are ok with poor workmanship! Read Less
